Twenty One Capital, a Bitcoin-focused financial company led by Jack Mallers, expects its shares to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange next week following the completion of its merger with Cantor Equity Partners, a special purpose acquisition company. Crypto markets may see another wave of exchange-traded fund debuts this week, with Solana, Litecoin and HBAR funds appearing in US exchange listings ahead of a potential launch on Tuesday. According to Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas, US exchange listing notices have appeared for Bitwise’s Solana (SOL) ETF and Canary’s Litecoin (LTC) and Hedera (HBAR) ETFs, with the funds slated to go live on Tuesday. In January, the Terraform Labs co-founder pleaded not guilty to several charges, including securities fraud, market manipulation, money laundering and wire fraud. A federal judge overseeing the case against Do Kwon has scheduled a Tuesday conference at which the Terraform Labs co-founder “may enter a change of plea.” In a Monday filing in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), Judge Paul Engelmayer ordered the parties to appear in court on Tuesday, which could suggest that Kwon was preparing to change his plea for some or all of his charges.
