The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking to annul the election of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s newly elected Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, just hours before Governor Faisal Karim Kundi was set to administer the oath of office.
