ISLAMABAD - Pakistan and Poland on Saturday agreed to enhance cooperation in various fields including illegal immigration, border security and mutual legal assistance.

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan and Poland yesterday reaffirmed their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in a wide range of fields, including trade, energy, defence, counter-terrorism, education, technology, and fintech, as both nations vowed to build on their historic friendship and ex-pand strategic ties.

Poland was voting on Sunday in a tight presidential election that will determine whether the country cements its place in the mainstream of the European Union or turns toward Donald Trump-style nationalism.
