The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday temporarily barred the oath-taking of members elected on reserved seats in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly following a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P), challenging the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) seat allocation.
