ALRO, one of the largest vertically integrated aluminium producers in Europe, measured by production capacity, announced on June 27 that Vimetco Extrusion, its downstream subsidiary in charge with the extrusion business, completed the installation of a new state-of-the-art press extrusion line, following an investment of almost EUR10 million since the start of this project in March 2021.

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is providing a corporate loan of USD40 million to Romanian aluminum producer ALRO for its capital investment program, the lender said Wednesday.
