Aquila, a leading player in the FMCG sector in Romania and the region, posted RON2.5 billion revenues in January-September 2025, up 17%.

Aquila, Aquila, the market leader in integrated distribution and logistics services for the consumer goods market in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, ended 2024 with RON90 million net profit, down 7% from 2023. The minimum profit tax of 1% of revenues, which came into effect in 2024, along with higher employee costs, were factors that impacted the net result.

Distribution and logistics company Aquila ended the first quarter of 2023 with 20% higher revenues from the same period of 2022, at RON562 million.

Aquila, the leading player in the local market for integrated distribution and logistics services, in the first half of this year posted RON961 million revenues, up around 11% from the year-earlier period.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Aquila, the market leader in consumer goods distribution and logistics, announced that they agreed on the terms of a loan of 5 million Euros and an EBRD option to buy shares of up to 5 million euros from the founders of Aquila, at a pre-agreed price.
