Chimcomplex, the largest entrepreneurial industrial company in Romania, whose controlling shareholder is Stefan Vuza, will build a polyepoxide plant in Onesti (Bacau County), a EUR100 million project that uses EUR46.6 million state aid from the Finance Ministry.
Chimcomplex (CRC.RO), the largest chemical plant in Romania, informed investors in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Tuesday that its chief executive officer Stefan Vuza stepped down as of October 31.
Chemical producer Chimcomplex on Thursday said it would increase the salaries of its employees starting with June 2022.
