Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal has criticized the decision of the Latvian Saeima to withdraw from the Istanbul Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence.
President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine on June 21 signed into law a bill ratifying the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention).
