Last night in the Kharkiv region, Russian troops damaged three medical facilities, one of which cannot be repaired, and patients are being evacuated from it to other medical facilities.
Last year, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration restored 17,000 damaged buildings in the region and equipped 1,200 shelters in educational institutions.
