The Israeli company's share price fell earlier this week after its US rival Enphase published its financial results showing a slower than expected recovery in the industry.
The company reported non-GAAP earnings per share of $2.04, up 13% from the corresponding quarter of 2023 and revenue of $598.8 million, up 6% from the corresponding quarter.
No financial details about the acquisition have been disclosed but estimates are that Nvidia is paying $680-$720 million for the Tel Aviv-based company.
"Globes" looks at Rad Group, whose founders Yehuda and Zohar Zisapel, both died over the past year, and which must now move on without two of the founding fathers of Israeli high-tech.
"TechCrunch" reports that Wiz would pay just $150-200 million for Lacework, which was given a valuation of $8.3 billion, post-money in its last financing round.
