Romanian business software solutions provider Softelligence plans to expand its teams over the next six months in the cities of Bucharest and Craiova with 100 software experts specialized in .NET, Java and modern data management technologies, as well as software architects, data scientists, team leaders and project managers, company officials said in a statement.
