Medical operator Medima Health, specialized in medical imaging and radiology, continues expansion by opening a clinic in Sibiu, central Romania, following an investment of EUR3 million.

APX Hotels group, owned by Romanian investor Adrian Polec, has bought the former Libra hotel in Sibiu for EUR1.85 million, which it will renovate and reopen as the four-star Hermanns Hotel in July this year.

Industrial park developer CTP, a top five European logistics property company and the largest logistics property owner-developer in Central and Eastern Europe, announces investments of EUR200 million by the end of 2021, in the construction of 300,000 square meters of warehouses in logistics parks in the cities and towns of Bucharest, Timisoara, Turda, Sibiu and Pitesti.

Romanian car parts manufacturer Compa Sibiu (CMP.RO) will be inaugurating two hotels in the city of Sibiu in 2023, on the site of the former Arsenal factory. The hotels will operate under the Mercure and ibis Styles brands.
