One United Properties (ONE.RO), one of the leading green developers of residential, mixed-use and office real estate in Romania, has signed a contract with Ford Romania which leases office space within Bucharest’s One Cotroceni Park project for its future operations center called Ford Business Solutions Center (FBS).

Garanti BBVA Romania Group, which brings together lender Garanti BBVA, consumer lending company Garanti BBVA Credite de Consum and Garanti BBVA Leasing, had a consolidated net profit of RON166.1 million in 2021, up 55% from 2020.

The financial assets managed by insurer NN Asigurari de Viata on the life and health insurance segment reached nearly RON4.6 billion at end-2021, up 8.5% against 2020, and its pre-tax profit stood at RON86 million, down 10.4% on the year, in line with company data.

New car registrations in Romania surged by 55.5% on the year to 9,337 units in January 2022, placing the country 14th in the European Union, data from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) and the association of automotive manufacturers in Romania (ACAROM) showed Thursday.

Cluj-Napoca based ERP software developer Transart and one of Romania's leading providers of software for companies, posted EUR4.47 million revenue at the end of 2021, up about 20% from EUR3.6 million of the previous year, the company officials said in a release.
