Real estate developer Prima Development Group of Oradea has started building PRIMA Solis housing compound on the former industrial platform Antrefrig of Bucharest, in a total estimated EUR140 million investment.
G-Energy Solutions, the new brand under which GES Furnizare operates, part of Simtel, a Romanian entrepreneurial group listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and active in green energy, industrial automation, telecom infrastructure, and digitalization, announces the launch of a new strategic green energy procurement program through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), targeting a total volume of 1 TWh/year (equivalent to 1,000 GWh/year) from wind and hydro sources. The program includes physical PPAs with durations between 7 and 10 years, reads the company’s report.
