The eOselia affordable mortgage program has been expanded to include mobilized Ukrainians, but the main challenge remains meeting strong demand with sufficient resources.
Since the eOselia [eHousing] government programme was launched, Ukrainians have been provided 18,671 preferential housing loans worth more than UAH 31.1 billion.
